The great thing about this show was that it was seen by so many people of all ages, and by people from all "walks of life," not just by people who would go into a gallery or museum to look at art.

The display began as a tribute to the fallen soldiers in honor of Veterans' Day.

On December 12, the Yampah High School civics class taught by Mike Podmore met there to discuss the display. With suggestions from the students, in late December, I changed the photo images to reflect the installations I had created and photographed in Washington, DC, earlier that month.
