This was my first attempt at a large, outdoor installation. I enlisted the help of my brother, Mark Roberts, who was on Spring Break from teaching at Michigan Tech, his wife Kathy, and our mom, Dorie, to set the vases up on a sandbar in the river along the bikepath.
